Do you have Globe Hope products in good condition that you no longer use? Send us your pre-loved
items, we'll assess them, and you'll receive a Globe Hope gift card in about two weeks.

All you need to do is fill in the sales form, then pack and send your items – we'll take care of the rest.
Along with your Globe Hope products, you can also send items from over 300 other approved
brands. You can find the list of approved brands here.

1. Fill in the sales form

Fill in the sales form and tell us which items you're sending.

2. Pack and send
Pack your items and send them to us. 
Include a note in the package with your name, phone number and
email address.

3. Receive a gift card in about two weeks
You'll receive an offer for your items by email. Accept the offer within three days, after which
you'll receive a Globe Hope gift card in your email.

The credit is based on the item's estimated secondhand selling price and condition.

When an item's estimated secondhand selling price is €10–80, you'll receive 60% of it as credit.

When the estimated selling price is over €80, you'll receive 60% of the first €80 and 80% of the amount above that.

A handling fee of €2.80 per item and any shipping costs will be deducted from the credit.

You'll receive the credit as a Globe Hope gift card within about two weeks of sending your items.  The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

YES PLEASE:

Globe Hope clothing and bags that are intact, clean and in good condition. The item's estimated secondhand selling price must be at least €10.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Dirty, stained, damaged, heavily faded or otherwise visibly worn items. Items must be free of pet hair and strong odours.

We also do not accept counterfeit items, samples or seconds whose
brand label has been cut, hygiene products, or small accessories such as face masks, reflectors or jewellery.

We want Globe Hope products to stay in use for as long as possible. When a good-condition item you
no longer need finds a new owner, its life continues.
That's why we've made selling your items as easy as possible: you don't need to photograph,
price or sell the items yourself, or deal with buyers.

Fill in the sales form first. You'll receive a link to PostNord's shipping portal by email. Create a shipment in the portal, after which you'll receive a code for sending your package.
