The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

The TUISKU shoulder bag closes with a reliable metal zipper to keep your belongings safe. The inside of the bag is lined with a surplus blend fabric for added durability and a finished look. The top of the bag conveniently folds into a flap, which closes with a metal clasp. If you want, you can leave it open, allowing the bag to grow in size and hold more stuff.
A separate zippered pocket on the back of the bag provides additional storage space for easy access. The included adjustable and detachable cotton strap gives you versatility in carrying options.
