Return or exchange
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

MATERIALS
This bag is made of surplus faux fur. The lining is made of surplus faux fur fabric. New parts are the metal zipper and other metal parts, as well as the cotton straps.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash, gently. Artificial fur products should be aired regularly to prevent dust accumulation. Most stains on artificial fur can be removed by wiping locally. If the bag needs washing, it can be hand washed in 40°C water. If the bag contains leather parts, please follow the instructions for leather care. Leather can also release dye when it gets wet, which can stick to other parts of the bag.
If you want to make your artificial turf bag fluffier, you can also blow-dry it on a cool setting.
