Return or exchange
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

Globe Hope Reusable Face Mask is made of Finnish non-woven fiber fabric by Ahlstrom–Munksjö and coated with vintage designer fabric. Sewn into shape the Reusable Face Mask is durable in use and in the wash. The Face Mask is recommended to wash after every use. The breathable fiber fabric filters over 85 % of air particles.
Mask has two rubber bands to attach it to the face.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert the mask on your face with clean hands
- Keep the mask clean: Don't touch it during use
- Wash hands before removing the mask
- Remove the mask by only touching the rubber bands and put it straight to the washing machine or dirty laundry bag
- Wash hands after removing the mask
- Wash mask after every use in 90 degrees or boil it in water for 5 minutes
- A contaminated mask can spread viruses
- Touching the mask increases the number of impurities nearby the airways
- Do not move mask during use
- Change mask if it gets moist or wet
- Don't force others to use the mask
- If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor on using a mask
- A contaminated mask is a health risk
- Mask does more harm than good if these instructions aren't followed

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Globe Hope facemasks are reusable. Wash the mask after every use in 90 degrees or boil the mask in water for 5 minutes, add a bit of laundry powder.
Let the mask dry completely before reusing it.
Note. During the first cooking wash of the black face mask, the white nonwoven fabric of the mask may discolor. Discoloration does not affect the protective ability of the mask and does not pose a health risk.
