Return or exchange
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

This bag is made from 2 quality surplus belts that did not end up in their original purpose. The belt originates from the UK. The sides of the product are made of surplus leather and the inside of the bag has a lining made of surplus fabric. The zipper and metal parts are new.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
As the DYYNI bag has leather parts, please follow the care instructions for the leather product:
treat the leather parts of the new bag with a moisturising spray. This will protect the bag from moisture or dirt. To protect your bag from moisture and dirt, use a dry cloth to dry it. Use a moisturising conditioner to protect the bag from moisture and protect it from dirt or stains..
