The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

What does the DYYNI bag hold?
The DYYNI bag holds a notebook that is slightly smaller than A5 size, mobile phone, wallet and other small items. The zipped side pocket can hold things like keys or eyeglasses.

Koko: Leveys 22 cm, korkeus 13 cm, syvyys 5 cm. Ompelijamme työskentelevät tarkasti annettujen mittojen mukaan, mutta pieniä yksilöllisiä eroja voi esiintyä tuotteiden välillä.
Sisätasku: 18 x 10 cm.
Hihna: 57-107 cm. Hihnan leveys 4,8 cm.
Väri: Harmaa.

Valmistusmaa: Suomi. DYYNI laukut ompelee Anne käsityönä Mikkelissä.
Materiaali: Lajiteltu ja puhdistettu Suomessa. Tämän laukun materiaalit ovat ylijäämänahka, sekä kakkoslaatuiset turvavyöt. Laukun vuori on ylijäämä sekoitekangasta. Uusia osia ovat metallivetoketju ja muut metalliosat.

Kakkoslaatuinen turvavyö
Turvavyö on brittiläisen turvavyövalmistajan kakkoslaatuista tuotantoa. Vyöt eivät ole syystä tai toisesta täyttäneet turvavyökäyttöön vaadittuja kriteerejä – esimerkiksi sidoksessa on voinut olla pieni poikkeama. Materiaali on tullut meille valmiiksi tässä värissä, eikä sävyä ole jälkikäteen muokattu. Valmistajan laaja tuotanto eri käyttökohteisiin, kuten ajoneuvoihin, lentokoneisiin ja huvipuistolaitteisiin, näkyy toisinaan myös yllättävän rohkeina väreinä.
Care instructions
Koska DYYNI-laukussa on nahkaisia osia, noudata nahkatuotteen hoito-ohjetta:
Käsittele uuden laukun nahkaosat kosteussuojasuihkeella. Tämä suojaa laukkua kosteudelta tai lialta. Hoida laukkua säännöllisesti kosteuttavalla hoitoaineella.
Käsittele laukkua puhtain käsin välttääksesi rasvaläikkiä. Jos kuitenkin tahroja syntyy, poista ne mahdollisimman pian puuvillaisella liinalla. Vältä liiallista vettä, mutta käytä nahalle soveltuvaa saippuaa kuten ekologista Marseille-saippuaa.
Mikäli laukkusi kastuu, anna sen kuivua rauhassa suojassa suoralta auringonvalolta. Laukun kuivuttua voit käsitellä sen nahkaosat kosteuttavalla hoitoaineella. Märkää laukkua ei pidä koskaan hangata, sillä hankaaminen saattaa vaurioittaa nahan pintaa.
Turvavyön yksittäisiä tahroja voi poistaa harjaamalla tai kostealla liinalla käyttäen apuna esimerkiksi sappisaippuaa.
