Return or exchange
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

FIELLU hoodie is printed with new Globe Hope "circularity" big ball print. The hoodie has nice loose sleeve ends with cuffs and rib on hem. Fiellu is a casual hoodie and a real eye-catcher thanks to its cool pattern. The hoodie lining is brushed, therefore inside the material is wonderfully soft and warm.

MATERIALS
This item is made of 100% recycled yarn, which is a combination of 60% recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester. Cotton is a cutting waste of the clothing industry, and the polyester comes from recycled PET bottles.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Globe Hope's garments are made from recycled yarn, composed of 60% cotton waste from the textile industry and 40% recycled plastic bottles (recycled polyester). This innovative yarn is the result of many years of development, and its cotton to polyester ratio was chosen to make the yarn as sustainable as possible. However, recycled fiber is not quite the same as yarn made from virgin raw materials, so it is important to give your garment the utmost care and attention.
Air your garment so that the washing interval is as long as possible. Only machine wash your garment if stains or odors cannot be removed by airing or hand washing on site. In this case, wash the garment in the washing machine at a maximum of 40°C. Avoid washing clothes with sharp metal parts, such as zippers, at the same time. The metal parts can contribute to the formation of films on the garment or perforate it.
Dry the washed garment in an area protected from sunlight. Do not tumble dry. Iron the dry garment on the wrong side of the fabric. Do not iron the embossed pattern (3D-Terra logo).
The 3D embossed pattern will return to its shape after washing if you place the garment on a flat surface and gently tap the pattern by hand to restore its shape. You can also use steam from an iron, but do not touch the design with a hot iron.
If the garment becomes linty, use a lint remover or a lint comb. Do not use your fingers to remove lint.
