The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

What fits in the HALLA bag?
The HALLA bag just about fits a slim A4 folder, the smallest laptops, and roomily holds tablets, books, an umbrella and a water bottle, plus your other everyday small essentials. The inner pocket holds a card holder and keys, or sunglasses, for example.

Care instructions
The seatbelt bag can be hand washed in water at approx. 40°C. Individual stains can be removed by brushing or with a damp cloth, using gall soap, for example.
