The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

HANKI is a vegan alternative to the woolen beanie made from surplus wool! It is a combination of surplus peat wool from the Finnish Kultaturpe and acrylic. This black peat wool sweater is warm, yet breathable, and great for year-round use. The beanie features a Globe Hope metal plaque on the front.
This product saves 1.1 kg of carbon dioxide emissions and 55 litres of water compared to a product made from new materials.

MATERIAL
This hat is made of peat wool, which is 50% peat wool and 50% acrylic yarn. The peat yarn we use is surplus from the Finnish company Kultaturpe, which we rescued after the company closed down. Since peat yarn alone is not very strong, we combine it with new acrylic yarn for reinforcement. The metal plate on the pipe is new.
MAINTENANCE GUIDE
The peat wool products are made from a peat yarn mixture. The peat yarn we use is a surplus of Finnish Gold peat, along with which we use another yarn to strengthen the knitted fabric.
Wind the peat wool product regularly, which also extends the washing interval. However, if the product needs washing, we recommend hand washing. Shape the product to its correct shape when damp, as the peat yarn may change shape during washing. For example, a hat should be stretched to the correct size when wet.
