Leather is a natural material, which is subject to surface irregularities and slight colour differences. A genuine leather product may also lose colour when wet.
You can treat your new leather product with a moisture protection spray. This will protect the product from moisture or dirt.
Handle the leather product with clean hands to avoid grease stains. However, if stains do occur, remove them as soon as possible with a cotton cloth. Avoid excessive water, but use a soap suitable for leather, such as Marseille Ecological Soap.
If the product gets wet, allow it to dry in peace and quiet, out of direct sunlight. After the product has dried, you can treat it with a moisturising conditioner. Never scrub a wet leather product, as scrubbing may damage the surface of the leather.
