The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.

We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.

Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.

Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

What fits in a REISSU bag?

A REISSU bag can hold, for example, larger laptops, folders or some clothes and shoes and everyday essentials. The inside pocket can hold a mobile phone and a small wallet, for example. Keys are conveniently stored in the key clip. The outside pocket is deep and spacious, and can hold an A5 size notebook + other essentials. The bottle pocket holds bottles up to 9 cm in diameter.

Material: sorted and cleaned in Finland. The materials of this bag are surplus technical fabric and second quality seat belts. The lining of the bag is a surplus blended fabric. New parts are the metal zipper and other metal parts.

Care instructions

Cleaning:

Clean the bag or backpack with a damp cloth or mild soapy water if necessary.
Do not soak or machine wash as this can damage the fabric, seat belt, tapes and stitching.
If necessary, use a soft brush to remove loose dust and dirt.

Drying:

Allow to dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Do not use a tumble dryer, as the hot heat can change the shape of the material and damage the stitches.

Fabric materials and safety belts:

The technical fabric and seat belts are durable, but strong abrasive movements or sharp objects can cause wear.
Avoid keeping sharp objects inside without protection.

Tapes and straps:

Cotton ribbons can be wiped with a damp cloth if necessary.
PP webbing and seat belt straps can be cleaned lightly with soapy water and rinsed quickly.
Adjust and remove the straps for washing or storage as necessary to prevent them from stretching or deforming.

Storage:

Store the bag or backpack in a dry and airy place.
Don't overpack your bags for too long to keep the fabric and structures in shape.

General tips:

A little spot cleaning as soon as dirt appears will help keep your bag cleaner for longer.
Regular light cleaning and drying will extend the life of the bag considerably.
