Return or exchange
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

The SARASTE bag selebrates diversity and equality. Its design is inspired by the colors of the Trans flag, and the seat belts used were rescued from rejection as they did not meet the quality standards for their original purpose.
This bag has a durable metal zipper and an interior open pocket, providing convenient storage options. It comes with adjustable shoulder strap.

We proudly collaborate with Seta, an organization in Finland that has been working for human rights for a long time. For every bag sold, 5€ will be donated to Seta's youth work. LGBTQIA+ youth are in a vulnerable position, as they face various forms of discrimination in their daily lives. Having a safe environment and the freedom to be oneself are basic rights that belong to everyone.

MATERIALS
This bag is made of surplus leather and a safety belt. Some of the belts are recycled and some are 2 quality surplus belts from the belt manufacturer. The recycled seat belts come from Finnish car dismantlers. The lining of the bag is surplus blended fabric. New parts are the metal zipper and other metal parts.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Because KASTE PRIDE has leather parts, please follow the leather bag care instructions:
Leather is a natural material that sometimes comes with varying colors and uneven surfaces. Genuine leather might leave some color when it gets wet. Leather might stretch if you pack your bag too full or load it with heavy items.
Treat your new leather bag with a protector spray that prevents dirt and moisture from soaking into the leather. Moisturize your bag with leather conditioner regularly.
Handle your leather bag with clean hands. If there are greasy stains, wipe the surface with a cotton cloth. Avoid using too much water. Apply a cleaner especially made for leather or soft soap, such as ecological Marseille-soap.
In case your bag gets wet, let it dry away from the sun and then apply moisturizing conditioner. Never rub moist leather, since it might damage its surface.
Stuff your unused bag with bubble wrap or other soft filler to restore and hold its shape. You can store the bag in a natural-fabric bag or inside a cotton pillowcase.

En huomannut ostaessani, että hihnan kiinnitys oli erilainen. Tarkoitus oli samalla osaa vaihtohihna mustaan vanhaan laukkuun. En ihan ymmärrä, miten laukku pitäisi pukea ylle. Kannattaisi nettikaupan selostuksessa mainita ero muihin laukkuihin verrattuna. Hienot värit ja parempi nahka kuin vanhassa mustassa.
Laukku oli kaunis mutta hihnojen kiinnitys oli erikoinen. Laukkua ei voi käyttää kuin olan yli koska jos pitää vain toisella olkapäällä, laukku on vaakatasossa.
Hihnan max pituus piti olla 150cm mutta oli vain 110cm, joka pitkälle ihmiselle liian lyhyt.
Voittoa tavoitteleva yritys tekee tuotteen pride-viikolla ratsastaen, mutta ei edes ohjaa osaa tuotoista syrjityille ryhmille. Pinkkipesua parhaimmillaan!
