The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

A SOLEIL bag can hold, for example, a notebook slightly smaller than A5 or a half-litre bottle of water and everyday essentials. The inside pocket holds most phones.

Material: Second quality canvas and second quality safety belts, lining in surplus fabric. New parts are metal parts.
Care instructions
Clean the product by wiping dirt and stains with a damp cloth. If necessary, you can use a mild soap solution. Avoid strong detergents and solvents. The product is not recommended for machine washing as metal parts and structures may be damaged during washing.
Do not iron directly on the surface; if necessary, you can steam lightly from a distance. The seat belt straps should be cleaned with a damp cloth. If necessary, light lubrication can be applied to improve the performance of the metal zipper. Store the product in a dry and airy place, and fill the bag lightly with paper to keep its shape.
If cared for carefully, the product will retain its comfort and appearance for a long time.
