The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

What fits in a SUMU backpack?
The laptop pocket of the SUMU backpack can hold many laptops (see below for details), while the main compartment can hold an A4 folder, charger, umbrella, water bottle and more. The zipped inner pocket can hold a mobile phone and glasses, for example. The zippered outer pocket can hold a wallet or small booklet, for example.

Black techVastaa täysin odotuksia, tyylikäs ja käytännöllinen reppu
Tukeva ja sopivan kokoinen reppu, johon mahtuu kannettava. Laadukas ompelutyö. Pikkutaskun vetskari ehkä vähän piilossa ja jäykkä. Oranssi sisusta kiva ja plussaa repun sisällä olevista taskuista. Itse olisin kantohihnojen pituussäätöön toivonut vielä yhtä solkea niin ettei loppunauha roiku valtoimenaan. Myös päällisen kantokahva voisi olla hieman tyylikkäämpi. Toistaiseksi kuitenkin erittäin tyytyväinen ostokseen.
Reppu on tanakka ja hihnat olkapääystävälliset, läppäri mahtuu hyvin. Hiukan miinusta jäykästä vetoketjusta ja hankaluudesta avata ulkopuolen sivutaskua jäykän pintamateriaalin ja jäykän vetoketjun takia. Mutta eiköhän ahkera käyttö reppua vähäsen pehmennä :). Repun ulkonäköön ja ompelutyön laatuun olen erittäin tyytyväinen. Kirkas vuorikankaan väri auttaa löytämään tavarat repusta kun ei ole niin tumma sisältä ja sitäpaitsi näyttää kivalta.
Siisti ja ryhdikäs reppu. Läppäri mahtuu sisälle. Ainut miinut vetoketjusta joka tuntuu ainakin aluksi jäykältä.
