The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

Globe Hope’s garments are made from recycled yarn, consisting of cotton cutting waste from the textile industry (54% recycled cotton) and recycled plastic bottles (38% recycled polyester, 6% recycled viscose, 2% polyester). This innovative yarn is the result of careful development, and the cotton-polyester ratio has been chosen to make the yarn as durable as possible. However, recycled fibers do not fully match the properties of virgin materials, which is why it is important to care for the garment with particular attention.
- Air your garment frequently to extend the time between washes.
- Machine wash only when stains or odors do not disappear with airing or hand washing. When machine washing, use 40°C.
- Use a low spin cycle and wash the garment inside out.
- Avoid washing together with garments that have sharp metal parts, such as zippers.
- Reshape the washed garment while damp and dry it away from direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Iron the dry garment on the reverse side.
If the garment pills, use a fabric shaver or lint comb. Do not pull the pills off by hand.
