The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

Product Details
Country of manufacture: Finland. This bag has been handcrafted by Katri in Tampere.
Size: 23 x 16 x 5 cm. Inner pocket: 18 x 10 cm. Shoulder strap length: 82–158 cm.
Materials: Surplus leather and dyed second-grade seat belts. The lining is made of surplus mixed fabric. New parts include the metal zipper and other metal details.
Care instructions
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Since the KASTE bag contains leather parts, follow the care instructions for leather products:
Treat the leather parts of a new bag with a moisture protection spray. This protects the bag from moisture and dirt. Care for the bag regularly with a moisturizing leather conditioner.
Handle the bag with clean hands to avoid grease stains. If stains do occur, remove them as soon as possible with a cotton cloth. Avoid excessive water, but use a soap suitable for leather, such as ecological Marseille soap.
If your bag gets wet, let it dry naturally away from direct sunlight. Once dry, you can treat the leather parts with a moisturizing conditioner. Never rub a wet bag, as rubbing may damage the leather surface.
Stains on the seat belt material can be removed by brushing or with a damp cloth using, for example, gall soap.
